The Department of Computer Science, UET Lahore, continues to strengthen its industry-academia linkages through impactful engagements. Our recent visit to Devsinc was a step forward in this mission, providing faculty and students with valuable insights into the evolving technology landscape. Our faculty, including Prof. Dr. Usman (Chairman, CS), Dr. Amna, Ms. Abqa, Ms. Ramsha, and Ms. Sana, alongside Dr. Syed Khaldoon Khurshid (Director, Academia-Industry Linkage), had engaging discussions with Devsinc professionals. The sessions covered industry expectations, curriculum alignment, and potential collaborations.

A key highlight was an interactive session with a senior developer and an HR representative, where students gained firsthand knowledge of in-demand skills, hiring processes, and the importance of problem-solving in real-world applications. Such engagements reaffirm UET Lahore’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates and fostering meaningful partnerships for future research, internships, and faculty-industry collaboration.
